The oscillating mpu reset circuit sounds interesting.

The circuit will be powered from 60 Hz wall transformer (US).

100Hz is minimum speed. Higher speed is okay but 100 is nominal.

I could use the 120Hz mains for clocking but then I would need to rectify,
filter and regulate the power for the mpu. I hoped a simple clock would be
easier.
