Blind contact asking me if I know of any RS-232 breakout box design that
is suitable for blind people.  He has a device which is a piezo element
between TD or RD and SG.  He would love to be able to "see" the control
lines as well, which is starting to sound like it could be solved with a
PIC.  Ideas?
