Hi Frank, I've been trying to work this one out. I've been using a compare on one module (generating both rising and falling edges), while using the other module in capture mode. So far no problems. The documentation on this is really confusing. Seems to me the only time that using compare and capture at the same time is if you use the mode that resets the timer.... Anyone else got any info on this. Have I just been lucky so far?
