There are two modules, I would imagine that the regular one with 200 blocks
of memory contains a one meg flash chip.  The one I cracked was a sega mega
memory module with 800 blocks of memory for which I paid  US$9.95.  It
contained a SST 28LF040 200-4C-NH, a 32 pin PLCC.  The gameboy mega memory
module at US$14.95 contains a SST 28SF040 120-4C-NH, a little faster 32 pin
PLCC.  I'm just waiting for my PLCC to DIP boards from Dan Michaels at
Oricom. For ~$22.00 you can't even look at any other adapters, plus Dan
seems to be concerned with his customers needs.
