I had a bit of a play with one - got it working sort of then lost interest,
sort of.
I think my code is probably very messy (lightly documented ?) but can send
it tomorrow if you like. Was written for a 16C73B & used RS232 input from a
PC .

Will try & remember to look it up tonight

Is anyone used the PIC, like PIC16F84 or 16C84 to simulate the IR
remote controller signal (RC-5) before (simulate the encoder)?

As I plan to build a cheap, simple, just 16-key remote control, anyone
has any idea and suggession for this design?
