Not all conventional CD drives will be able to read the result, but some will. Depends on the drive, the same way your music CD-R's sometimes work in your car and sometimes not. But this particular instance of ISO on a RW disc is techincally "legitimate". I have seen it work. The foregoing is O.T. as it's not an answer to the original question.
