Right - AFAIK CDRW drives can generally handle both CDR media as well as
CDRW media.  Though as I said earlier (or at least I *think* I said this
already) I don't have any personal experience with CDRW drives.  So what
little I do know about them has been picked up in bits and pieces along the
way from friends that do have CDRW drives, or from various articles I've
read.

Multisession vs fixated - ran into that a few times already by accident on
the CDR drive.

Right - some drives simply will *not* do multisession discs no matter *how*
much you beg, plead, cajole, or threaten.

And this is the biggest point here - newer *CDR* drives? Or newer *CDRW*
drives?  Or does it require the combination of both a newer CDR drive *and*
a newer CDRW drive?
