We settled on the Kyocera / AVX / Elco brand.  My contact is US local
guy, so you'll have to track down an AU contact for "AVX Corp", the
connectors are under their Elco brand.  I'm using their 10 5038 007
052 833, which has the ejector.  They do make one without the ejector.
