I am looking for a source of board level camera modules with the following
features.

>= 420 TV lines resolution
Colour
>= 90 degrees field of view
<= 200mA supply current
5-12V operation
Low Lux (1 Lux/F12)
And most importantly, the ability to mirror the image horizontally to enable
it to be used as a rear vision monitor in a vehicle.
