Subject: [OT] RPM electronics


| Hello All:
|      I am in a pinch. I need to find a complete RPM set-up for an
| experiment. I have a  bodine gear motor that drives a round table via a
| v-belt.I needed to know how fast it is rotating so I bought a bicycle
| odometer which I figured would tell me the speed in Miles per hour and I
| could do the conversion to RPM the problem is the table goes to slow and
| this cheap odometer wont register. My question... Does anyone know of a
| supplier of complete RPM systems that would work either on the shaft or at
| some radius on the round disk at 1 RPM. I have found plenty of parts/ways
to
| build this but I just dont have the time. That you in advance for your
help.
