I was incorrect. He does use PCAnywhere, but only for real-time access. He has his scripts set up in Procomm +. He tried it in PCAnywhere, but found it was too unstable (no error checking, and one session was connected the entire night - resulting in a $600 [US] long-distance phone bill). Anyway, Procomm + has a dos version and a windows version, and they interoperate cleanly.
