Procomm Plus should be able to do this with no problem, it's got a host mode and a pretty complete scripting language. I think it's Pascal-like, though mercifully I don't remember much Pascal. There was (I think still is) a DOS version; if you can't get the DOS version new it's not hard to find on eBay and other sources. You could also use Telix or QMODEM or something sinilar on the DOS machines, they had pretty good scripting.
