Hi,

I immediately recognized "PTC" from a RF remote (car alarm) control encoder
chip I had. Anyways, aftera bit of searching I came across the datasheet for
this bad boy. The server is located in Taiwan and MAN is it slow so I've
uploaded it to my server for quicker access. Here she is @
