Pinout is the same as DIP-8 and SO-8 4558 (and the same as virtually every other dual op-amp). Since they are not single supply, and are not extraordinary in any way, they are primarily of value in repairing (usually Japanese-made) equipment, because the SIP package is less common outside Japan.
