A model of automobile or car sold in the united states. It was not known for having a long service life. And, like the Chevy "Nova" (or No-go in some languages), was not marketed well in other countries. BUT AGAIN, what matters is the "pinto" owner, more than the "pinto." If you learn to run it right, contact and learn from other "pinto" owners, feed it the correct type of "gas" and "oil" for that type of "pinto", etc... you too can own the longest continuously running "pinto" on the block. But if you run it on crap and don't set it up right, it will fall apart. And that holds true for Windows "pintos" and Linux "pintos" as well. Explorer both sides and buy the one that is right for you... ...and stop picking on each other, ok? --- James Newton (PICList Admin #3) mailto:jamesnewton@piclist.com 1-619-652-0593 PIC/PICList FAQ: http://www.piclist.com or .org -----Original Message----- From: pic microcontroller discussion list [mailto:PICLIST@MITVMA.MIT.EDU]On Behalf Of Alexandre Domingos F.
