Hi there..

I am currently designing a board that looks like I am going to need to =
put a 3.3v flash memory on a 5v processor. I wondered if anybody knew of =
any IC`s that would convert between the two. I know I could use passives =
but the I have a whole load of address lines, data lines and control =
lines and I would prefer not to do it that way. Would simple line =
drivers driven at 3.3v be Ok??
