Eagle has a BBS on their website, I would ask there. I find I am able to use
the CAM processor to produce Excellon files that my drill bot's Excellon to
G-code converter likes, where as the Excellon or 274 code produced by BPECS
was not acceptable.

It is a pain to set up that CAM processor interface.
