Hi Chris, the standard PIC library file with Eagle has all package
types inc the surface mount ones. You may need to use a 16Cxxx part
number that has the same pinout, there are a lot of those. I think that
will help. If you are familiar with the library editor (try tutorial)
you can create a new package for 16F877 from an exsiting one with
the same pinout (but you don't have to).
