Ok, its back up. New NT server being installed on Monday. Hope to see the
sites speed and reliability increase very soon after that. (crossing

Well, my ISP misunderstood what I wanted. They setup the connection and
their firewall router to give me multiple IP addresses inside the firewall
off the existing IP rather than giving me a new IP address outside the
firewall so that I could connect the new NT Server and transfer the sites.
As a result, the 204.210.50.240 address isn't working for serving web pages
unless their DNS serves it. Their DNS doesn't serve piclist.com or
sxlist.com

Should be back up very soon.
