Hi,
I have programmed two 12C509's using the WARP-13A, no problem.
I am now trying to program a 16C54A. I have bought four ,in packets, from RS.
I put the first one straight from the packet into the 18 pin socket,
checked orientation.
Clicked on Blank, and it says the chip isn't blank.
Replaced that chip with another chip, clicked on blank and it says the chip
isn't blank either.

I would appreciate a hint as to what I am doing wrong.

The 12C509's registered as blank and programmed without a problem.
