Try Advanced Circuits: https://www.4pcb.com/ . I did a quick check with their on-line quote system and got a cost of about $25 each for 20 boards with a 5 day turn. There is no setup charge for prototypes. Note the odd URL. Has anyone ever seen a https prefix before? Is this used to indicate a secure server?
