TACKEN (DS30292B, PIC16F87X datasheet)

This signal goes low whenever someone in the documentation
department does a global search-and-replace on the ACKEN
signal and hits a few extra words.

The signal will be returned high whenever the paragraph(s)
are read, indicating some newbie pic programmer is actually
reading the data sheets.

"Bus control can be TACKEN by setting the P bit...."
