I built an orcad part for "polarized" resonators.

I see this a lot, mostly in caps, using polar and non-polar symbols as if
there were no difference, but it's just not right.

BTW: I checked the most recent Atmel AVR data sheets, and they are leaving
off the values for the xtal caps (!HOORAY!)
