Look at Pavel Baranov's Linux port of his C2C compiler.  I haven't used it
myself, however I follow the mailing list and it seems to be well regarded.
The rare bug is addressed personally and quickly by Pavel.  I have seen
several releases in as many months;  it appears that it is being
aggressively developed.
