Sometimes I need WD40 to be able to open the PC case screws after 2 months or less. Near 100% humidity all the time, temperature between 25 and 35 Celsius most of the year (more like the upper limit most of the time). Bare metal has no chance, aluminium is always matte finished, a fresh bun left on a table in the morning has spots by evening etc ;-( Tin plated PC boards are dull and hard to solder after 6 months or less.
