Well, this is probabley blindingly obvious to everyone but me, but I guess
I'll ask anyway.

The resonator is polarized i.e. pin 1 is In and pin 3 is Out.  The PIC has
Osc In and Out pins. Sooo, does the PIC Out pin connect to the resonator In
pin and the resonator Out pin to the PIC In pin?   Or is In connected to In
and Out to Out?
