Do you wonder somewhere if the engineers didn't quite account for the weight of the water or clearance time of the water draining out, and it blew a current limit? Seemed just about the right amount of time for the maintenance electrician to run down the switchroom looking for the right circuit breaker yelling "I'm gonna kill that engineer!!"
