Hi,

Completely off topic, but just a quick question for any Matlab users. I am using
v5.3 and when I create a new .m file (i.e. a new function), I have to
close->restart matlab to get it to pick the new function up....otherwise it
reports "??? Undefined function or variable...<function>" when I try to call the
newly created function.

Now, I have the path of the new .m file set up correctly, so matlab knows where
the function is - it just seems that it doesnt update what it can see in that
directory. Is there a painless way to overcome this/am I doing something stupid
or is it just a problem with Matlab/Windows?
