Was referring to an instrumentation amp built up from separate
opamps, rather than an integrated part. It is exactly like taking 2
non-inverting amps, which normally each have a resistor from -V
termminal to gnd, removing one of these resistors, and tying the bottom
end of the other to the -V of the opposite opamp, rather than to gnd.
Referring to std configuration, found in any electronics book.
