Scott, Thank you very much for your advice but at I couldn't used the gpsim because my REDHAT 6.2 modem driver is not yet available. (Motorola SM56K internal). With that, I can't download the file to my RH linux system. If I'm going to download the gpsim to my windows system, can I transfer the file from windows to RH linux even if I don't have WINE? Can I ask your help how to set-up my modem using the RED HAT 6.2 built-in modem driver (if available)? Sorry for my idiot questions because I stop exploring and tweaking linux for about 3 months ago.
