Burr Brown, Tobey, Graeme, et al.  A great book if you want to understand how
to design op amps, how to apply op amps and in general, how circuit design
for measurement circuits proceeds.  I do not know if it is available from
Amazon.com.  But I bet a good library would have a copy.
