Depends on what you want to do with the OP Amps.  A great general book by
Sams is the IC Op-Amp Cookbook by  Walter G. Jung.  There are at least 2
others at SAMS.  One is just for building active filters and the other is
for phase-locked loops, both of which are in my other office.  When I get
over there Saturday I'll dig them out and send you their names and authors.
