Yup, You won't be sorry. I bought mine in 1982 and I call it my bible in elecronics. It has been rebound twice. I know the MCU section on mine is outdated but the rest is the same. It has helped me a lot over the years. There is some maths involved, but not overly so. It does tell you how and why.
