Scott,

Thanks for the time for the note.  I figured without the
upgrade I am hosed right now on the PicStart +.  The software
has no workaround on the revision test unless I modify it myself
and that would probably lead to other problems.  I'm hoping that
someone with help for the ITU PIC-1 comes forward.
