I have updated the code and schematic on my page, both of which apparently had errors, the most serious being the schematic. If you are working on this project, please download the updated files before beating your head against the wall any longer.

The circuit was drawn incorrectly with regard to the A8,A9, and A10 address lines and there were some ARP and IP checksum problems that didn't seem to cause problems, but have been fixed nonetheless. Thanks to Kevin Hunter and Les for pointing out some of this.
