Is there a document that describes the values of memory between locations 0x2000
and 0x2007 on a mid-range PIC?

After scanning the mid-range data book, I've developed a map that looks like
this.

0x2000 - ID Word
0x2001 - ID Word
0x2002 - ID Word
0x2003 - ID Word
0x2004 - ???
0x2005 - ???
0x2006 - ???
0x2007 - Configuration Word

What are 0x2004 through 0x2006 used for?
