At the Masters, Microchip had an app-note to do rather accurate (< 1C as I
recall) temperature measurement using internal RC and WDT timeouts.  The RC osc
is temp comp'd but the WDT is not.  This allows you to use the differential in a
loop counter to give a pretty good idea of temperature.
