When you program in the non-debug mode, you are really programming the P=
IC for standalone operation. =A0

After programming it, disconnect the ICD from the PIC. =A0Put a 1K, 10K=
, 100K or whatever pullup resistor on /MCLR to +5VDC.  Reset either by a=
pplying power or mometarily grounding /MCLR.
