I am currently switching an old design using the Pic-C 1.21 compiler to the
C17 compiler.

After adding the linker files and renaming a lot of bit variables it
compiles and works but will quickly hang or get lost seemingly because of
interrupt problems.

I had this problem with the Pic-C 1.21 years ago and the problem was because
of bank switching.

I am using the large memory model.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
