I have about 8 of the PIC17C766/CL.
What would you like to know about them?

Anyone come across dubious 17C766-33/L or -33/CL ?

Found I could not pull TEST to13V to serial program.

I find on two samples low impedance paths from test to ground - 8 ohms and
100 ohms on two samples.
Appears to be resistive in nature
