Lines which can write to memory should have the lowest possible impedance to ground consistent with still being able to drive HIGH. Pull them down or up with 1K or lower if you can. Check your device in a noisy environment to test the effectiveness of this; e.g., connect a relay as a buzzer and run it off the same supply, hold it next to the circuit board and watch for problems.
