Would someone please recommend a Video driver IC that runs on single +5V
rail.
ie. Single ended 1Vp-p video signal input to tx driver, differential video
out (we want to run video over twisted pair for 20m).

At the other end.. Differential video in, 1Vp-p video output (single ended).

We currently use LM6182 at each end.
