The best way to make double sided is to print out both sides and line them
up over a light. Note however you`ll want to mirror the top side using your
printer driver. When you have everything lined up staple all along two
sides. Then put the board between the two bits of paper. Now I would
recommend that you put two bits of glass either side and sandwich the whole
thing together using elastic bands. That way you only need a single sided
light box as you can easily turn the sandwich half way through without
altering the alignment.

I used this technique a couple of times and it works great. PS this was the
first time I had made circuit boards at home. I would also reccomend
www.pcb-pool.com it`s really cheap and will save you a lot of hassle.
