I'm using the CC5X compiler (www.bknd.com) having completed the evaluation of the free version and purchasing the full version ($520). It integrates well into the IDE and I haven't come across any deficiencies in it. Documentation is good and and it doesn't have a problem as a DOS app under NT 4.0 SP3. Support from Bengt Knudsen is good, the few questions I had were answered promptly and adequately. I've looked at a couple others, some quite inexpensive. I like the way CC5X handles bits better than some that use the setbit() type syntax.
