Hi

I'm looking for a RAM chip with the following specs:
- DIP or SO packaging
- 2KBytes (16KBit) ram storage
- 16bit Parallel IO
- Direct Addressing
- Support read/write speeds of up 20MHz

Can anyone suggest a chip (with datasheet available from the Net) that would
be suitable?
