the exact reason i cant post to the list, as i understand it,
is that the listserv recognizes us by our 'from' address, not
the 'reply-to' address.  unfortunately, my work server will
not allow me to change the 'from' address to acampbell, and
instead uses our network aliases.  however, our firewall now
will not recognize our 'inside' addresses if they come from
'outside'.  it makes me crazy.  so while i can recieve mail
from the list as acampbell, i can't send to it even though my
reply-to address is right.  sigh.
