I've been trying to make this work for 2 days, I guess I just cannot grasp
what's happening.  I loaded the loader into my F876, and hooked everything
up and the loader program sees the bootloader and writes the HEX file.  My
trouble comes after resetting the device, my program never runs.

I compiled the target program with the -ICD switch.  Is there anything else
needed?  The DOC mentioned a program id, but I can't figure where it would
go and what to call it.
