Anybody used/heard and can tell experience of iModem?

Seem very nice, especially for low unit count internet connectivity=
 projects.
(instead of spending too much time trying get it all into a PIC)

It is a modem which understands normal AT commands, and in addition commands=
 to dial up and login to an ISP, send/recieve e-mail, and send HTTP!!
