I spent some time looking around for one of these, and the best I could find, by far, was DAQARTA at www.daqarta.com. It runs in DOS mode and it's fast, even on my old 286. You can use it with a sound blaster compatible card, or follow the instructions to build a simple ADC board. Just remember that sound cards are AC coupled and don't accept a large voltage range.
