Oppsss! It's OT again...

Well, I just want to ask to anybody about GSM Cellphone Virus.

Is it true that there is a cellphone virus? Recently, my friends receive a
voice mail but the cellphone operator doesn't have a voice mail services,
then later he received a text contain a garbage characters message. After
that Voice mail Icons always appear on the display.

How to erase that icons? His mobile phone is Nokia 3210.
